It depends on scope: a landing page is not the same as a product with AI and campaigns. After the first call you get a fixed proposal with pricing and timeline in writing. No mid-project surprises.
A brand site usually takes 3–6 weeks. Projects with custom development or AI, 1–3 months. You get concrete dates in the proposal and I stick to them — with weekly milestones you can track.
Your point of contact is always me. For workload peaks I rely on trusted specialists, but direction, quality and accountability are never delegated.
Launch is the beginning. I offer ongoing growth plans with content, campaigns, improvements and data. And if you'd rather run it yourself, you get everything documented and your team trained.
