The challenge
A growing SaaS ERP needed technical leadership: coordinating the team, the infrastructure and the integration of AI into product and processes.
The solution
I went from developer to implementations coordinator and from there to Team Lead of a team of 14 developers. I led development with Next.js 15 on Dolibarr, infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes, deployments with CI/CD on GitLab, and the adoption of AI into the team's workflow.
Two years scaling a real SaaS product in production, managing people, infrastructure and deliveries. The experience I now apply to my clients' projects.
